Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a new opportunity in Gloucestershire? We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our growing precision engineering team.
The Role
1. Set, operate, and program CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components.
2. Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
3. Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
5. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
The Candidate
6. Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
7. Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
8. Skilled in setting and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc/Mazatrol/Siemens experience advantageous).
9. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
