Were looking for a driven Account Manager to join a growing business support team. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, resellers, and prospects, youll deliver first-class account management while proactively consulting on their technology and telecoms requirements.
This is a role for someone who loves building relationships, can engage confidently both over the phone and face-to-face, and thrives on developing long-term partnerships with decision-makers.
?? What Youll Be Doing
* Maintain and grow existing accounts, while identifying new business opportunities
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients and resellers
* Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to maximise account value
* Own the renewal process and ensure strong client retention
* Proactively manage churn risk for key products
* Collaborate across departments to ensure delivery exceeds client expectations
* Communicate clearly with clients, resolving issues quickly and professionally
