About the role

Working as a Teaching Assistant may be the role for you. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Teaching Assistant team. You will be part of our specialist SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) team, which is dedicated to delivering the correct support to individual students.

We can offer you a high degree of flexibility around working days and you will only be working during term-time. The role also offers a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, a two-week October half-term break, access to a state-of-the-art fitness suite, and convenient on-site parking.

Students with SEND are at the heart of our academy, and this role is pivotal in ensuring that some of our most vulnerable learners are fully supported to thrive and succeed. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings.
