Here at GXO, we are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join our growing team in Crick. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems, both hardware and software, operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also work to quickly resolve any system issues to minimize downtime.
This is a full-time, permanent position working a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, covering 19:00 till 07:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Responsible for the physical appearance and safety of the working environment
* First line support for IT hardware, software, network, and operating system problems and WMS queries related to all process areas
* Work with appropriate parties to provide solutions to team issues, considering policies and ethical practices
* Maintain hardware inventory, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
