We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, experienced, and inspirational EYFS Leader/Class Teacher to join our school to further develop and enhance our provision and curriculum offer. As EYFS Leader, you will: Provide strategic leadership for Early Years, including transition from nursery settings and to Year 1 Be an inspirational Class Teacher in Reception in the first instance with leadership time provided Lead the development and ongoing growth of Reception and Year 1 provision Further develop and embed an ambitious EYFS curriculum rooted in best practice and promoting strong foundations Line manage and develop EYFS staff, building a skilled and motivated team Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and inclusion Work closely with families and external agencies to support children’s learning and wellbeing Contribute actively to whole-setting leadership, self-evaluation, and improvement planning.
