Your new role
The Quality Technician will be required to ensure that appropriate systems and checks are in place to ensure components, sub-assemblies and other manufactured or processed items comply with customer requirements. You will establish inspection and / or test requirements from the production card / quality plan / drawing / specification or Quality Engineer for items manufactured / processed in house and sub-contracted / purchased items. Verify if items comply with customers' requirements by reference to appropriate documentation and use of appropriate measuring / test equipment and visual techniques. Raise DAR's (internal) and CAR's (supplier) against non-conformances identified and ensure that all non-conformances are reported with the minimum of delay in order to reduce potential scrap / rework. Ensure incidents / discrepancies receive adequate corrective and preventative actions and conduct required inspection / test and indicate approval by means of inspection stamp.

Mon - Thurs 8am - 16:30 and Fri until 1pm
