Typical day
Would you like to be part of a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring veterinary team who think that receptionists are one of, if not the, most important part of the team? Torquay Vets4Pets has an exciting opportunity for a CCA to join their busy practice. Your focus is to provide exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day organisation and running of the hospital, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and will help devise new and innovative ways to drive the practice forward.
The role is for a full-time colleague working 40 hours per week with a weekend rota of 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday 08:30 - 14:00). Applicants looking for part-time hours will be considered.
Hourly rate is £12.71.

Ideal candidate will have
* Previous experience in a client services role, including finance/accounts responsibility.
* Previous veterinary experience is preferable but not essential.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Positive ‘can do’ approach aligned to our core values.
