Position Summary
The SAP Services Director – EMEA is a senior leader responsible for driving revenue performance across Rimini Street’s SAP Services portfolio in EMEA, including SAP Support (L4), Application Management Services (AMS), and SAP Consulting (Consult). This role carries full quota responsibility for the Operating Plan for all invoicing, related to SAP Services in EMEA, encompassing both Renewals and New Client Invoicing (NCI).
Reporting to the GVP & Global GM, SAP Services, the Director will be accountable for developing and executing the regional go-to market strategy, driving sales execution, and ensuring alignment across sales, solution engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
This role reports directly to the GVP & Global GM, SAP Services and can be located anywhere within the EMEA, ideally close to a Rimini Street office location. This role requires active engagement and regular travel across EMEA to support strategic deals, foster regional alignment, and ensure consistent performance against the SAP Services Operating Plan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Revenue Leadership: Own and deliver the EMEA SAP Services revenue target, including renewals and new client acquisition across L4, AMS, and Consult offerings.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and expand EMEA market share in SAP Services.
3. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with regional teams, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution and customer success.
4. Renewals Management: Oversee SAP Support renewals performance in EMEA, ensuring high retention rates and proactive engagement with existing clients.
5. New Business Growth: Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting services in the region.
6. Forecasting & Performance Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking aligned to the Operating Plan.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of SAP ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in EMEA to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred

Experience
15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on SAP services.
