Operations and Contract Support Administrator

Location: North London (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for calls and visitors, support the wider team, and ensure our field teams are efficiently scheduled and equipped to deliver great service.

Main Responsibilities

* Work Orders & Quotations: Manage works orders, submit quotations, and oversee the shared inbox.
* Team Support: Provide general office administration and support colleagues across the business.
* Scheduling: Coordinate, book, and manage the diary for field teams.
* Correspondence: Handle incoming calls with a strong, confident telephone manner.
* Data Entry: Input data accurately with strong written and numeracy skills.
* Email Management: Sort, prioritise, and respond to emails promptly.
* Routine Correspondence: Draft and send routine communications.
* Filing Systems: Create and maintain efficient online filing systems.
* General Duties: Carry out a range of general administrative tasks as required.
* Meet & Greet: Welcome clients and offer refreshments on arrival.
* Other Duties: Any ad hoc tasks assigned by management in line with business needs.

* Attitude & Skills: Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.
* Time Management: Excellent time management with the ability to focus, organise, and prioritise workload.
* Problem-Solving: Proven ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.
