The Role – Contracts Manager As Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects across the region, ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This is a senior leadership position, working closely with company Directors to oversee project performance, drive operational excellence, and mentor site teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the safe, timely, and profitable delivery of multiple projects. Lead, mentor, and support site teams, subcontractors, and project managers. Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in line with company and client objectives. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams. Monitor commercial performance and ensure robust contract administration. Identify project risks early and implement corrective measures promptly. Ensure compliance with company Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ISO standards, and statutory regulations. Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and delivery processes. Contribute to strategic planning and the company’s long-term growth. About You Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role (or equivalent senior leadership position). Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects within residential or commercial construction. Excellent commercial awareness with strong knowledge of RIAI or PWC contracts. Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive understanding of Irish Building Regulations, H&S legislation, and ISO systems. Experience with Procore, or similar project management software is an advantage. Results-driven and passionate about delivering excellence through teamwork.
