Customer Service Leader

This is a part-time role that involves working varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and weekends. You will need to authorise age-related sales and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role requires strong organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as a desire to learn and grow in your leadership skills. You will also have the opportunity to work in our in-store bakery.
You will be responsible for coaching and supervising the store team, deputising for the Store Manager when necessary, delivering great customer service and performing a range of other tasks around the store.
* Friendly and thoughtful service – you will give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training.
* Make sure the store remains safe, legal and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy.
* Support your store manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering HR processes.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store.
