About the Role
Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen. It operates a national network of TPS Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace that emphasizes learning and development.
What will you be doing?
* Work with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales objectives
* Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets
* Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately
* Utilize product promotions to meet targets
* Leverage sales opportunities within the customer base
* Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity
* Build relationships with customers via phone and face-to-face visits
* Provide excellent customer service and expert advice
* Communicate credit status timely
* Support the TPS Centre team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
* Handle calls and inquiries within KPIs
* Use systems accurately to search and order parts
* Complete documentation promptly
* Manage transactions according to TPS guidelines
What are we looking for?
* Proven sales experience in building relationships in a B2B environment
* Confident communicator with telesales experience
* Passion for customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player with drive to meet targets
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
* IT literacy, preferably with MS Excel skills
