The Role Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality air monitoring and clearance testing services across a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.
Working to the highest technical and safety standards, youll ensure compliance with UKAS and HSE requirements while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting four-stage clearances, reassurance, background, and leak air monitoring.
Producing accurate, detailed reports within required timescales.
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams.
Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation and company procedures.
About You BOHS P403 and P404 qualified (essential).
Previous experience in asbestos air testing and clearance certification.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South East.
Strong attention to detail, good communication, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.
