An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Support Officer. This postholder will be a key member of the HR team, providing administration and project support, in addition to routine guidance to all stakeholders.
You will ideally have a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent experience in an HR environment. You must be experienced in using a variety of systems and databases, extracting workforce information to produce reports that provide insightful workforce metrics. This postholder will also be responsible for coordinating Agenda for Change Job Evaluation within the Board, overseeing all related activities.
Excellent communication and people management skills, along with a solution-focused approach, are essential for this role.
