G.P. Thomas are seeking to appoint an experienced site manager to strengthen our existing team. We are an established family run business based in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.

The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the key point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, driving progress while maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of site activity from groundworks to handover
* Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Maintain quality control and site presentation
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members

* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications
* A proactive, hands‑on approach and attention to detail
* Passion for building homes and working with a close-knit team
