About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, friendly and service-focused Part-Time Front of House Team Member to join our team at Fego Esher. This is a daytime-only role, ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, guest-led environment and takes pride in delivering great hospitality.
You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, running a section, and ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. You’ll feel confident recommending dishes, supporting dietary requirements and delivering attentive, genuine service throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys hosting and delivering excellent guest service
*
A warm, approachable personality with confidence when interacting with guests
*
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential
*
A strong team-player mindset – at Fego there is no divide between front and back of house
*
Availability to work weekends and bank holidays (daytime only)

Running your own section and ensuring guests feel welcome from arrival to departure

Confidently guiding guests through the menu and making recommendations
*
Supporting dietary requirements with good allergen awareness

Delivering food and drinks efficiently with a positive attitude

Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth, high-quality service
