We’re partnered with a leading global technology organisation to seek an exceptional Senior Retail Marketing Manager to drive retail marketing and operations strategy across Europe.
You will lead go-to-market initiatives, optimise retail performance, and collaborate with regional subsidiaries and global headquarters to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute a European retail marketing strategy for consumer electronics product portfolios
* Lead go-to-market process coordination between global headquarters, regional teams, and European subsidiaries
* Interpret macro market trends and derive data-driven insights to optimise sell-out performance and ROI
* Define project roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs for strategic product launches and regional campaigns
* Monitor subsidiary execution status and facilitate performance reporting across key retail metrics
* Build European playbooks and fixture programs to drive retail excellence
* Coordinate bi-annual workshops and strategic meetings with global and subsidiary stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Substantial in-store retail marketing experience within large, fast-paced international organisations, preferably in a global or regional capacity
* Comprehensive understanding of retail operations; consumer electronics expertise is highly advantageous
* Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, statistical methodologies, and retail management KPIs
* Proven ability to distil complex information into compelling, actionable narratives
* Exceptional stakeholder management and consensus-building skills within matrixed environments
* End-to-end project management expertise with strategic thinking applied to practical execution
* Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
