The role
Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience developing strategic relationships within existing clients. We need the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and end users. We value a strong understanding of our clients businesses to help maximise new business development and retain existing revenue. Experience with WLR/SIP/NGN and associated tariffing is desirable. Knowledge of data connectivity solutions such as DSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, leased line, P2P, MPLS, and SD-WAN is desirable. Experience with UCaaS and PBX is desirable. Knowledge of CCaaS and contact centre solutions is desirable. Experience with hosted managed services, private cloud, and public cloud is desirable. Experience with IT services including Microsoft 365, security, backup, DR, and DRaaS is desirable. Knowledge of mobile devices and voice/data composite solutions is desirable.
