Based primarily at our Red Bull Technology facility in Milton Keynes, you’ll work alongside a talented and experienced team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for the precise manufacture of wind tunnel model components, often to tight deadlines. Strong manual skills and a sharp eye for detail are key to succeeding in this position.This position is based on a night shift schedule, and candidates must be comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity during non-standard hours.We are looking for someone who can:* Finish prototype components to a high standard, always aiming to enhance quality and reduce lead times.* Apply knowledge of post-processing for SLA and SLS components to ensure accurate results.* Utilize experience with mould making and casting techniques, contributing to high-quality model production.* Support continuous improvement by adopting new systems, processes, and offering constructive feedback to boost departmental efficiency.The successful candidate will have:* Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes effectively.* Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive approach to problem-solving.* Performs well under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results in fast-paced environments.At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team - we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible.
