Senior Leadership Role + P&L Ownership + Established Engineering Business
We re working with an established electrical engineering business looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead HV/LV project delivery from their Hamilton office.
This is a senior role covering project performance, team leadership, commercial delivery, client relationships & business growth.
You ll take ownership of HV & LV project profit centres, managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control & contract performance, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably & right first time.
The Role
* Managing & developing HV/LV project teams
* Owning project P&L, budgets, forecasting & cash flow
* Driving profitability, cost control & operational performance
* Managing contracts, project scope, resources & delivery standards
* Building client relationships & identifying new business opportunities
* Supporting quotations, tenders & future pipeline growth
* Ensuring compliance with HV/LV safety rules, quality & H&S standards
What We re Looking For
* HV/LV electrical engineering services background
* Contracts, operations or project management experience
* Strong commercial acumen across P&L & budgets
* Proven team leadership experience
* Ability to manage clients, tenders & project delivery
* SMSTS or Health & Safety for Managers preferred
* 5+ years in a management role within engineering
