Service & Warranty Manager – Worcestershire – Up to £38,000 pa + Benefits – REF 008 £35,000 - £38,000 pa + Benefits Mon-Fri (early finish on a Friday) 40 hrs p/w As the Service and Warranty Manager, you will take ownership of returned product handling, fault diagnosis, repairs, and customer support. You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring warranty claims are resolved efficiently. Skills needed: * 5+ years’ experience in service/warranty management within a manufacturing or engineering environment * Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems * Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word * Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills * Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities * Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate would have worked within an engineering or manufacturing organisation, but this isn’t essential.
