Overview
The area predominantly covered is Bristol & Southwest & Cardiff. The purpose of the role is to operate within the PAM division supporting the mobile and site-based engineers delivering M&E PPM and associated remedial works as well as reactive works as per site requests.
Responsibilities
* Compliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements
* Ensure that the contractual requirements meet all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements
* Carry out PPM and reactive works both in and out of hours (40 hrs week normal working hours 08:00 - 17:00)
* Procure materials in coordination with the Lead Engineer or Assistant Contract Delivery Manager
* Be available to attend or manage critical call outs in normal working hours M-F and provide written reports as required including preparing the basis of the quotes for the remedial works required to load to CAFEM system and close jobs
* Ensure the annual testing of tools and equipment are kept up to date
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract delivery
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
* Assist in production of quotes as required
* Completion of PPM works and reporting
* Utilise facilities management software complete and load worksheets immediately after job completion on the day
Qualifications
* A minimum C&G or equivalent trade qualification
* A good knowledge of plumbing & mechanical service maintenance & repairs
* Sound level of administration and organisational skills
* Ability to develop a good understanding of the customers' business requirements

Additional Working Conditions
No call out rota; expected to work some out-of-hours/weekend from time to time to help/supervise teams carrying out fan coil maintenance and other essential maintenance. Currently paid at double time. On-call requirement may change in the future.
