Supply Chain Coordinator required for a leading supplier to Subsea and Oil & Gas industries. Employing around 50 people, this precision engineering organisation use the latest automated and manual machinery offering the capability for large, medium and small batch quantities.This opportunity is located in LEEDS meaning the successful Supply Chain Coordinator will be easily able to commute from surrounding towns and cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Castleford and Birstall.Key responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator will include:Coordinate the procurement and inventory management to support production operationsManage the performance of suppliers to ensure timely delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standardsMonitor inventory levels to maximise efficiency of stock value, reducing both excess and shortagesCollaborate with internal departments to ensure stock compatibility and specificationsCollect and analyse data to help identify market trends and provide forecastsDeliver reports on overall sales and performance metrics to stakeholdersFor the Supply Chain Coordinator opportunity, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess;Experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator in a Manufacturing or Engineering environmentUnderstanding of industry specific specifications and standardsExperience using ERP systemsNegotiation, analysis and communication skillsSalary and benefits;Up to £40,000 p/a (depending on experience)29 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays)37 Hours per weekStatutory Pension SchemeA collaborative and supportive working environmentTo apply for the Supply Chain Coordinator role, please click 'Apply Now' and attach an updated copy of your CV.
