Our well-established Newark client is looking for a passionate professional to head up Compliance for the company owning end-to-end regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first contact for Health and Safety and Compliance within the company.
* Manage the legal compliance for the transport operation.
* Write and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
* Drive digital compliance systems and continuous documentation improvements.
* Maintain vehicle and drivers' legal compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in compliance and background in logistics, transport, or distribution arenas.
* Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills, high attention to detail, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
* Professional qualifications such as CPC, NEBOSH, IOSH are helpful but not essential.
