Organisational Planning & Risk Manager
Altum is partnering with a leading national not-for-profit organisation to appoint an Organisational Planning & Risk Manager. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future, leading the strategic planning cycle and embedding a culture where performance, prioritisation, and risk-informed choices guide decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help ensure resources are directed where they matter most, with organisational goals grounded in robust evidence and foresight.
The Role
* Lead the organisation's strategic planning cycle, aligning resources to priorities and ensuring delivery against long-term goals.
* Design and embed a performance framework, providing senior leaders with the insight needed to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and oversee the organisational risk management framework, embedding a proactive and consistent approach across directorates.
* Partner with executives, boards, and external stakeholders to provide clarity, foresight, and challenge in pursuit of organisational excellence.
* Deliver insightful analysis and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across projects, programmes, and outcomes.
About You
* Significant experience in strategic planning, performance management, or risk management in a complex organisation.
* Proven ability to influence executives and boards, using data and strategic insight to drive change.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of turning complex information into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to collaborate across diverse functions.
* Knowledge of frameworks such as OKRs, ERM, or Balanced Scorecard and confidence working in performance-led environments.
