The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front of House Team Member to join our team on a contracted part-time basis (25 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging experience to all members and guests
* Work closely with the Bar Manager and Head Chef to ensure all food and beverages are served to the highest standards and specification
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front of house environment
* Support the wider hospitality team as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Working Hours
* 25 contracted hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods
* Availability required throughout the week, including weekends
* Flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential
About You
* Confident, friendly, and professional with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills and a proactive team player
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role
* Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
* Ideally worked with barista style coffee before.
* Age: Due to licensing laws for the sale of alcohol, applicants must be 18 or over.
* Allergen awareness and food hygiene knowledge desirable
