We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketer with a strong emphasis on B2B LinkedIn to join our team at a mid-level position. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in B2B social media—particularly running and optimising large, global LinkedIn accounts—and proven skills in client/partnership management and project management. You will be responsible for managing both BAU (business-as-usual) activity and flagship LinkedIn campaigns, overseeing organic LinkedIn strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery across global markets. Sprout Social experience is advantageous, as are strong account- and project-management capabilities. Paid LinkedIn expertise is a plus, but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Global LinkedIn Account Management
* • Oversee day-to-day (BAU) LinkedIn activities for multiple large, global B2B accounts (content scheduling, community engagement, follower growth).
* • Plan and execute flagship LinkedIn campaigns (e.g., product launches, thought-leadership series, global webinars).
* • Monitor performance metrics—reach, engagement, lead generation—and optimise posts to meet or exceed KPIs.
* Client & Partnership Management
* • Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients—build and maintain strong relationships, understand business objectives, and translate them into LinkedIn-focused marketing strategies.
* • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., creative agencies, freelancers, media-buying teams) to ensure consistency of brand messaging and timely delivery.
* • Provide regular campaign/business review presentations, articulate insights, and recommend next steps to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Project Management & Resource Coordination
* • Manage end-to-end project plans: set timelines, assign tasks, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery for both BAU and flagship initiatives.
* • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, data analytics, paid media) to align resources, mitigate risks, and maintain high-quality outputs.
* • Use project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) to organise workflows, update stakeholders, and flag potential bottlenecks.
* Organic Content & Community Growth
* • Develop and implement LinkedIn organic-content strategies—thought leadership articles, case studies, white papers, video snippets—to nurture prospects through the funnel.
* • Leverage Sprout Social (or similar platforms) for social listening, community engagement, scheduling, and performance reporting.
* • Conduct competitor analysis and social listening to identify trending topics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
* Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* • Set up and maintain dashboards (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprout Social, Google Data Studio) to track KPIs—CTR, engagement rate, cost-per-lead, MQLs, SQLs.
* • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, extract actionable insights, and propose optimisations for both organic and paid activities.
* • Stay current on LinkedIn platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging B2B social-media best practices.
* Paid LinkedIn Strategy (Advantageous)
* • Support the development, management, and optimisation of paid LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Text Ads) to drive high-quality B2B leads where needed.
* • Assist with A/B tests on ad creative, targeting segments, and bidding strategies under the guidance of senior paid-media leads.
* • Collaborate on budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting for paid LinkedIn tactics as required.
Candidate Profile
* LinkedIn Expertise
* • Minimum of 2–3 years managing large, global B2B LinkedIn accounts (both organic and flagship campaigns).
* • Demonstrable track record of planning and executing LinkedIn initiatives at scale, driving significant engagement and lead generation.
* • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Organic posting essential; paid exposure a plus).
* Sprout Social (or Equivalent) Experience
* • Proficient in using Sprout Social (or Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) for scheduling, community management, social listening, and reporting.
* • Ability to leverage Sprout’s analytics module to derive audience insights and inform content optimisations.
* Project & Account Management
* • Strong project-management skills: adept at setting timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* • Proven experience as an account manager or client-services lead—skilled at stakeholder communication, expectation management, and relationship building.
* • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Organic Content & Community Growth
* • Proven ability to conceptualise and implement organic-content strategies that drive engagement and nurture B2B audiences through LinkedIn.
* • Strong writing and editorial skills—comfortable drafting thought-leadership articles, case studies, and video scripts.
*
* Analytics & Reporting
* • Strong analytical capabilities: fluent in extracting insights from LinkedIn analytics, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
* • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report generation.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills
* • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to craft clear, concise reports and presenter-friendly decks.
* • Collaborative mindset: works well in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
• Experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and web-analytics tools.
* • Experience in B2B lead-generation tactics beyond LinkedIn (e.g., gated content, webinars).
