We are excited to offer the opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Speech and Language Therapy Practitioner to work full-time within our SLT team at Parkview Clinic in Birmingham for a fixed term 12-month period. Parkview Clinic is an inpatient mental health facility for young people aged 11-18 years with significant psychiatric difficulties.
Although our service is not specifically for autistic young people, a high number of young people admitted are autistic. The successful applicant will take a key role in supporting practice, projects and developments with this in mind.
Candidates will need to have the appropriate experience and qualifications to carry out this role as well as an aptitude and willingness to further develop their skills.
