The primary role of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I - Registration Candidate is to acquire the necessary registrations and training to become a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I. Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, conducting client reviews, engaging with customers, triaging leads, and participating in ongoing training.
This role acts as a bridge between banking and brokerage, requiring a general awareness of core banking and investment solutions. Required skills include obtaining Series 7 & 66 licenses within 120 days, with Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) being necessary for the role.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system and background checks. Failure to maintain registration may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.
Required Qualifications:
