The Account Director is an integral role within the Client Services team and will be the right hand to the Client Services Director. The Client Services department manages a range of accounts, across a variety of sectors delivering a broad spectrum of creative and marketing solutions with a strong B2B offering. The Account Director will be very hands-on and exceptional at first-class delivery and relationship management, with a strategic and curious mind. This role is a great mix of strategy, hands-on delivery and commercial growth, to making it an enjoyable and rewarding role for the right candidate.
You will be an established AD with both B2B and B2C experience, who loves agency life and feels a better fit in a smaller, more agile and collaborative environment. This person will be wanting a role where they can lead the charge on existing clients to deliver on projects but also feel confident nurturing the relationships with a growth mindset and the ability spot an opportunity and develop it.
