Role Description
We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. This is an office-based role where you'll play a vital part in the smooth running of the business. From managing day-to-day communications to supporting project documentation, scheduling, and general office tasks.

Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls and emails.
* Maintain records and project documentation.
* Support Directors and Project Leads with operations.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Assist with the Finance Team.
* Assist with document control.
* Support the day to day running of the office.
* Prepare and format project documents, reports and correspondence
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident communicator with good phone and email etiquette
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A reliable, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
