Your responsibilities will include: Handling sales and purchase transactions Conducting searches and preparing contracts Managing enquiries and dealing with incoming funds Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties Drafting completion statements and preparing bills Submitting applications to HM Land Registry and HMRC for SDLT Experience with new build transactions would be a plus, though not essential.
