More About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure. You will work in a lively environment with like-minded people, inspiring others to work together and deliver their best. You should be highly organized, excel in customer service, and promote a welcoming environment that makes a positive first impression on members and visitors.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial. However, if you are proactive and self-motivated, our training and development programs will support your success in this role and beyond.
Opportunities for career progression include roles such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager. We will provide ongoing training, including customer service and sales development, webinars, seminars, and cross-skilling opportunities in areas like lifeguarding and swimming teaching.
