About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin's is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for food and cooking with creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work with a talented team of chefs to prepare a variety of dishes across our buffet venues.
You will collaborate with a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to recipes, brand standards, and Food Safety Management System compliance.
Joining Butlin's includes enrollment in our Award-Winning Chef Academy, providing opportunities to develop your skills in a fun, educational environment and advance your culinary career.
About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to progress within our fast-paced and exciting brand.
Experience at a similar level is essential, along with leadership experience and a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure smooth operation of our buffet venues.
REQUIRED: LEVEL 3 FOOD SAFETY
We support your career growth by helping you achieve a Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualification through our Chef Academy.
