We’re currently looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help assemble and finish a wide range of products to meet customer requirements. You’ll be working with aluminium components, using a variety of tools, and following production schedules to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble products according to manufacturing drawings (full training provided)

Use of air and powered hand tools to prepare, assemble, and finish aluminium products
*
Ensure products meet quality standards before packing
*
Follow all Health & Safety procedures in the workshop
*
Assist with installations and recertifications on-site, if required by your manager
*
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
*
Take ownership of your personal development and performance
Manual Handling:
There is an element of manual handling in the role. You will be required to lift and transport product between production areas. The heaviest item is approximately 15–16kg.
Person Specification:

A strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance
*
Good communication skills
*
Basic understanding of tools and machinery
*
Experience with CNC machinery or power tools is a bonus, but not essential – full training will be provided
