The Role We’re looking for an Account Manager who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive adoption of our platforms, and unlock value at every stage of the customer journey. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building relationships, supporting onboarding, and identifying ways to deepen engagement and retain clients. This is a consultative, insight-led role focused on growing loyalty and generating warm leads. The role is primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility. Occasional field meetings may be required.
