We are looking for a confident, warm and highly organisedPatient Coordinatorto become a key part of our team.
This is not a traditional receptionist role. You will be central to the patient journey from first enquiry through to surgery helping patients feel informed, reassured and confident in their decision.
The Role
* Managing patient enquiries (phone, email, social media)
* Guiding patients through their consultation and treatment journey
* Building rapport and trust with patients considering surgery
* Supporting consultation bookings and follow-ups
* Coordinating theatre dates and patient logistics
* Maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail throughout
* Working closely with the surgeon and clinical team
