Key responsibilities:
* Support the smooth day to day operations of the office
* Manage office facilities, suppliers, and general administration
* Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes where required
* Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) support including translation and written communication
* Assist with reports, presentations, and internal documentation
* Handle invoices, expenses, and general admin processes
* Support senior stakeholders with coordination and follow-ups
* Assist with company events and internal activities
