Are you an Account Manager with experience working for an insurance software provider or InsurTech, looking to deepen your impact with enterprise clients in the London Market?
We’re hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of mid‑to‑large insurance clients who are adopting our clients’ enterprise SaaS platform. This is a relationship‑led, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on long‑term partnerships rather than transactional sales.
The Role
As Account Manager, you’ll act as the primary commercial and relationship lead for a select portfolio of London Market clients. You’ll be responsible for retention, renewals, and account growth, working closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to deliver measurable value.
This is a mid‑level individual contributor role where success is built on strong relationships, credibility with senior stakeholders, and regular face‑to‑face engagement across London.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage a portfolio of 5–8 strategic London insurance clients, owning account plans, stakeholder maps, and health metrics
* Identify and progress upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
* Lead, executive briefings, and adoption sessions, clearly demonstrating ROI
* Act as the internal voice of the client, influencing product priorities and delivery where appropriate
* Coordinate escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
* Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and concise account health reporting
What We’re Looking For
* 3–6 years’ experience in Account Management
* Background with an insurance solutions provider, SaaS business, or InsurTech
* Highly organised, proactive, and consultative in approach
* London Market knowledge (insurers, Lloyd’s, brokers, MGAs) strongly preferred
* Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and producing client‑ready reporting and presentations
