Medlock Partners are supporting a leading national law firm in their search for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy and collaborative property team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Administrator with a background in real estate to develop their skills and work on a variety of transactions in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key responsibilities:
Reviewing titles, property searches, and raising enquiries
Drafting and reviewing documents such as CPSEs, licences, and Land Registry applications
Preparing SDLT returns and managing client trackers and checklists
Assisting with corporate real estate support including due diligence, filings, and company searches
Liaising with clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently
About you:
Previous experience in Real Estate as a Paralegal or Legal Administrator
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
