Advert Your Day to Day… Working as a Salaried GP, you will work autonomously in a safe and effective manner using your medical experience to support our patients to access the most appropriate care, at the right time and in the right place. You will principally be managing patients with urgent medical needs as part of a team that provides face to face care. You will be responsible for ensuring all patients are dealt with appropriately and efficiently, whilst maintaining a high-quality service. You will work alongside hospital and UTC clinical and operational colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care for all presenting patients as part of a multi skilled team that includes advanced clinical practitioners, emergency practitioners, Nurses, Paramedics and healthcare assistants. Detailed job description and main responsibilities Duties include: Providing clinical assessment, appropriate treatment and supervision of all types of patients attending the UTC until onward referral or discharge. Provide clinical leadership and supervision for junior medical and nursing staff within the UTC. This post requires someone who is dynamic, enjoys variety and challenge and interested in service development. You will have the opportunity to lead and shape a new service for the Trust, and work in a brand new facility for service launch. Please see attached Job Description for more information.
