We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects within one of the most dynamic operational environments in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the planning, execution and completion of projects across Heathrow’s extensive infrastructure portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, safety requirements and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions in accordance with project briefs and regulatory standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive requirements gathering and alignment. Develop and manage end-to-end project execution plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, risks and performance metrics. Oversee the integration of design, delivery, commissioning, and operational processes across all project phases. Monitor and report on project performance using industry-standard controls, including earned value management and quantitative risk analysis. Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all delivery teams. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects within highly regulated, live operational environments. Demonstrable track record in delivering sustainable, end-to-end solutions aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements. Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring across diverse and multi-agency environments. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries. Desirable Experience: Background in aviation, rail, construction, or similarly complex and regulated industries. Familiarity with procurement processes, including tender preparation and commercial negotiations in large-scale environments.
