Maintenance Manager - Edinburgh at Edinburgh City Centre Rose Street - hub by Premier Inn Hotel. Working 37.5 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour. Working across two sites – hub Edinburgh City Centre Rose Street and Edinburgh City Centre York Place/St James Quarter. Plus, you can earn free nationally recognised qualifications with our award-winning apprenticeship programme!

Responsibilities
* Hands-on approach with the team carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are maintained and in service for our guests.
* Work within budget guidelines and cost management.
* Act as a Duty Manager where required.
* Vital part in the hotel’s management team, ensuring that guests enjoy a perfect Premier Inn stay.
Skills and experience
* Proven leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
* Experience of coaching and developing others.
* Full up to date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
* Excellent organisations and time management skills.
* Engaging with customers (guests) and delivering great experience.
