Job Description

3. Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational processes
4. Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support teams
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
6. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules
7. Manage communication and liaise with stakeholders as required
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
9. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department
10. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Administrator should have:

11. Proficient using office software such as Microsoft Office
12. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
13. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills
16. Over 1 year experience in an administrative or business support role.
17. Knowledge of the retail sector (a bonus, not essential)
