* Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree from a UK university in French, Spanish, Modern Foreign Languages, or a related subject

* Possess excellent communication skills and strong subject knowledge
* Are passionate about education and committed to helping young people succeed
* Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
