THE JOB Are you an experienced Planner with a passion for delivering complex MEP projects? We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join a growing Mechanical & Electrical team. You will deliver full design, construction, and commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical systems across a wide range of projects As a Senior Planner, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our MEP projects by: * Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject and/or Primavera P6 * Monitoring progress through regular site visits and updating stakeholders with key insights * Identifying potential delays or risks and working with teams to resolve issues early * Reviewing subcontractor and supply chain programmes to ensure contract alignment * Leading planning meetings, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Advanced experience with Elecosoft/Asta PowerProject * A strong track record of delivering fully logic-linked MEP programmes, from pre-construction to handover * Familiarity with Bluebeam software * Experience under NEC and JCT contract frameworks * A background in planning for a main contractor or planning consultancy, ideally within MEP * Security clearance eligibility If you are interested in this opportunity hit “apply” or contact Craig Humphrey at Xenon Recruitment today!
