Overview
You will form part of a dedicated cleaning team, providing cleaning services across the university. Your duties will include carrying out a range of cleaning activities. You will receive training, equipment and all necessary cleaning materials to perform your role safely and effectively. You will have the support of a devoted supervisor and a friendly team. You will need to be reliable, consistent, trustworthy, flexible and friendly.
Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of cleaning activities in university facilities.
* Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
* Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards or issues to your supervisor.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
* Health & Safety training or relevant experience.
Working Hours
This is a permanent post. Working hours: 17.5 hours per week (various shifts).
* Monday to Friday: 17.5 hours per week (various shifts) — 6:00am–9:30am (Mon–Fri) and 6:30am–10:00am (Mon–Fri)
* Weekend shift: 17.5 hours per week — Friday 6:00am–11:30am, Saturday 6:00am–12:00pm, Sunday 6:00am–12:00pm
