What Does the Role Involve?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment
Support students in completing work to a high standard
Uphold school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and health & safety
Liaise with school staff to ensure smooth running of the school day
