The Role
As the Learning & Development Programme Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of development programmes-ranging from leadership pathways to capability-building initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with organisational priorities and deliver measurable results.

1. Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning programmes.
