Electrical Designer. You will deliver high-quality electrical and instrumentation designs for water utility projects, ensuring compliance with BS7671 and industry best practices. This is a technically hands-on role working closely with cross-discipline teams to integrate electrical solutions into complex infrastructure projects.
What you will need
HNC or Degree in a technical engineering discipline. Proven experience delivering electrical installation designs in the water utility sector. In-depth knowledge of IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671 – 18th Edition) and CDM Regulations 2015. Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, Relux/Dialux, Trimble (Amtech) Pro Design Suite, plus experience with Aveva, Navisworks, and Revit. Strong understanding of hazardous area design, intrinsically safe calculations, instrumentation loop diagrams, and cable calculations. What's in it for you
